Position Summary
As a Sr Analyst, Implementation Manager, you’ll be immersed in a dynamic learning environment – building the skills and confidence to drive implementations independently. You’ll own every aspect of the project, from building strong client relationships and crafting detailed project plans to driving critical milestones to completion. Your role demands proactive risk management, seamless collaboration with stakeholders, and a relentless focus on delivering high-quality, predictable results.
Key Responsibilities- Build strong relationships with new clients to understand their unique needs, requirements, and expectations for a successful implementation.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, defining tasks, timelines, and key milestones while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive projects to completion.
- Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, resolve issues efficiently, and provide consistent project status updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Project Management experience of 3+ years
- Microsoft Office Tools experience of 3+ years
- Demonstrated use of Project Management tools
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Future travel to client meetings or onsite training may be required – 10-25% depending on specific role
- PBM or Health Plan experience
- Client implementation experience
HS Diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
