About the Role

We are seeking a true AI Solutions Architect (not Tech Lead, Tech Architect, Java Architect, or Enterprise Architect) to define end-to-end solutions for an AI-driven contact center within a healthcare environment. This role focuses heavily on Agentic AI within the Salesforce ecosystem—experience with Agent Force is a must.

You will work across multiple large-scale programs, leveraging cutting-edge AI, cloud technologies, and integration patterns to deliver world-class solutions that enhance customer experience and streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners, BAs, and technical leads to refine requirements.
• Define scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures integrating GCP, Salesforce, and Agentic AI.
• Integrate systems with Kafka for messaging/streaming.
• Design REST APIs that enhance developer experience and simplify integrations.
• Partner with integration architects to deliver solution artifacts (sketches, diagrams, presentations).
• Present and review solutions with stakeholders across business, product, and engineering.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture patterns and AI-first strategy.

Required Skills & Experience

• Healthcare industry experience (mandatory).
• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect with a focus on GenAI/Agentic AI (RAG, vector DB, embeddings, AI agent frameworks).
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agent Force and Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Integration experience with Kafka and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of RDBMS and No
  
  SQL databases (MongoDB, etc.), with understanding of normalization, denormalization, sharding.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Desired Skills

• Familiarity with emerging AI agent interoperability standards (Model Context Protocol, Agent2
  
  Agent).
• Contact center technology knowledge (Salesforce, Five9, etc.).
• Experience with distributed caching, CI/CD, and Dev Ops practices.
