About the Job

Youtech is seeking a talented Creative Project Manager to lead and drive the development and launch of innovative websites for our diverse clientele. As a key player on our team, you’ll harness your expertise in Word Press, Shopify, and other eCommerce platforms to manage and deliver high‑impact projects. This full‑time role is based in our office, with work hours from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage multiple website projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and compliance with quality standards.
  • Work closely with clients, developers, and designers to gather project requirements, define project scope and timelines, and provide regular updates on project progress.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to deliver integrated projects that meet deadlines, stay within budget, and achieve high‑quality results.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and financial reports.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Address and resolve technical issues related to Word Press, Shopify, and other eCommerce platforms, working closely with developers and designers to implement effective solutions.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to best practices for SEO, accessibility, and user experience.
  • Manage website maintenance and updates, including security updates, bug fixes, and content revisions.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Web Design, Computer Science, Marketing).
  • 2‑3 years managing multiple website projects, demonstrating proficiency in overseeing complex web development initiatives.
  • 2‑3 years of experience with Word Press, including familiarity with customizing themes and plugins, and troubleshooting technical issues.
