What The Role Is

We are seeking a Senior SAP Supply Chain and Procurement Specialist with 5–7 years of experience and strong expertise in SAP S/4

HANA. Knowledge of Ariba and Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) is a plus. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in procurement, MRP, inventory management, and Ariba, and will support the business post‑implementation by ensuring system stability, optimizing processes, and assisting end‑users. Industry experience in Aerospace & Defense, Oil & Gas, Utilities, and Renewable Energy is preferred.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Provide day‑to‑day support for SAP S/4

    HANA Procurement, Ariba, and related modules.
  • Lead requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go‑live for Ariba modules.
  • Conduct workshops with procurement/business stakeholders, identifying process improvements and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with offshore delivery teams and stakeholders, providing technical and functional oversight.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Maintain and validate master data, including vendor and material records.
  • Support testing and validation for upgrades, patches, and new functionalities.
  • Conduct user training and create documentation for processes and best practices.
  • Facilitate integration error resolution (e.g., Ariba, VIM) and ensure data consistency across systems.
  • Assist with compliance and audit requirements related to procurement processes.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience in supporting SAP S/4

    HANA (Procurement, MRP, Inventory Management).
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong customer‑facing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Proactive approach to problem‑solving and continuous improvement.
What Would Be Nice
  • SAP S/4

    HANA and Ariba certifications.
  • Experience with SAP S/4

    HANA Procurement (Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Contract Management, Accounts Payable).
  • Familiarity with SAP VIM and Fiori applications.
  • Understanding of SAP Flexible Workflow for procurement approvals.
  • Expertise in Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Demand‑Driven MRP (DDMRP).
  • Industry experience in Aerospace & Defense, Oil & Gas, Utilities, and Renewable Energy.
Employment & Compensation

The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, relevant and demonstrated experience, education, training and certifications, and other factors permitted by law. This role is eligible to earn an annual cash bonus, subject to personal and company performance goals.

Salary Range Across all U.S. Locations

$135,000—$170,000 USD
