Location:

Scottsdale. Salary: $100,000 – $110,000.

Our client is a leading North American provider of temporary space and portable storage solutions, operating across 260+ locations throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico. The organization delivers innovative workspace and storage solutions while driving enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives to support operational excellence and user adoption.

We are seeking an experienced System Enablement Manager / IT Manager to lead enterprise system adoption and enablement initiatives across the organization. This role will focus heavily on Salesforce enablement and user adoption strategies, cross‑functional collaboration, technical training and process optimization, deployment support, and governance. The ideal candidate will have strong experience leading enablement programs, managing teams, and driving successful system rollouts in enterprise environments.

• Lead virtual and onsite enablement support teams.
• Support system deployments through training delivery, readiness assessments, and hyper‑care support.
• Provide hands‑on user guidance and content development.
• Drive Salesforce adoption and user enablement.
• Define and execute the enterprise system enablement roadmap.
• Implement Salesforce‑native tools, including in‑app guidance and guidance paths.
• Improve system compliance and user experience.
• Establish and track enablement KPIs.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally and govern enablement activities.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to align enablement efforts with organizational initiatives.
• Establish governance processes for content lifecycle management, change management, release management, user communications, process improvement, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate alignments with business teams on system enhancements and operational needs.
• Work closely with Salesforce development and release teams to support smooth rollout of new features and enhancements.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or 5+ years of combined experience in enablement, technical training, or related roles.
• 5+ years of progressive experience managing people, processes, and enterprise enablement initiatives.
• Strong experience with the Salesforce ecosystem and user enablement strategies.
• Experience supporting enterprise‑wide system rollouts and adoption initiatives.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with experience driving enterprise system adoption and user enablement in fast‑paced operational environments. Candidates with backgrounds in Salesforce enablement, technical training, change management, system integration, and enterprise application support will be highly preferred.
