Mid-Level, Full Stack Developer; SharePoint

Position Overview

Man Tech is seeking a motivated Junior Full Stack Developer to join our team remotely. You will play a key role in application development and maintenance for our Federal government client.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Maintain and enhance custom SharePoint applications, addressing user feedback and debugging issues.
• Provide accurate estimates for development efforts and project timelines.
• Assist the Project Manager in prioritizing the backlog.
• Actively participate in Agile development processes, including Daily Scrum and Sprint Planning.
• Manage SharePoint sites, lists, columns, and user permissions.
• Conduct thorough testing and provide feedback during development reviews.
• Adhere to project schedules and release strategies.
• Demonstrate application progress to stakeholders, suggesting process improvements.
• Work collaboratively within the development and program teams to exceed client expectations.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation and user guides.
• Stay updated on industry standards, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Develop and update project-related process documents and training materials.
• Track tasks and issues using Jira or similar systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field OR completion of a reputable web development bootcamp.
• Portfolio showcasing web development projects.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a modern JavaScript framework.

• 3-5 years of experience with SharePoint, including site creation and content management.
• Familiarity with Power Automate automation concepts.
• Experience working in Agile (Scrum) environments.

• Candidates must be US citizens eligible for US Government security clearance.

• Position involves 50% stationary work.
• Regular use of office equipment and communication with team members and stakeholders.

The salary range for this position is $84,900-$141,100 per year. Final salary is influenced by factors such as Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
