Principal Technical Writer — Internal & Customer Docs

Swift Cruit is looking for an experienced Technical Writer to create and maintain documentation for both internal processes and customer products. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of technical writing, and be capable of translating complex technical information into accessible content.

This role will entail working closely with technical and business stakeholders in a hybrid work environment that supports flexibility and collaboration. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree and significant experience in technical writing, preferably with tools like Madcap Flare and MS Word.
