Proposal Manager

Education & Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience.

OR Master's degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview:

Lead and manage all proposal activities.

Direct proposal team members and monitor progress.

Manage proposal schedules, deadlines, and compliance.

Work with the Capture Manager to integrate winning strategies.

Develop review plans (Pink, Red, Gold Teams) for proposal evaluation.

Oversee production, review, and submission of proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

Submit 100% compliant, compelling proposals.

Create proposal outlines and compliance matrices.

Ensure proposals align with customer needs and requirements.

Analyze RFP/bid requirements for compliance and responsiveness.

Support strategy and theme development for winning proposals.

Build strong internal stakeholder relationships.

Balance multiple priorities and deadlines under high pressure.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Expert in proposal development and management.

Strong business development and capture knowledge.

Understanding of government contracting and acquisition practices.

Ability to lead cooperative efforts across teams.

Skilled at problem-solving, planning, and execution.
