Intelligent Automation Business Analyst

As an Intelligent Automation Business Analyst you will be a strategic member of a team that provides strategic solutions, evaluates processes and technologies to make business recommendations to meet CVS goals and objectives. You will be responsible for analyzing business processes for multiple projects and initiatives for areas across the organization, as well as helping to define future business automation direction.

This position analyses and defines processes, metrics and systems to improve workflow and ensure highest quality standards are being achieved. The team works closely with internal and external partners to deliver key strategic projects/POCs, manage requirements and business process analysis using process mapping and mining tools and practices. As part of the Operational Transformation and Intelligent Automation Team, you will work with key systems across the PBM and Retail businesses, applying automation and process improvement analysis, evaluating the latest technologies to improve operations and enhance member and client satisfaction. An ideal candidate has the ability to lead and perform business analysis tasks and processes, can apply methods to gather and understand business processes based on the business users.

Understand, analyze and decrypt complex processes is key to the teams ability to define and implement industry leading solutions to improve the customer experience.

• Review technical and non-technical requirements to help determine the Technology/Vendor selection process
• Business presentations to key leadership and stakeholders
• Working with IT and external partners to evaluate and implement new technologies
  
  Review technical and non-technical requirements to help determine Vendor Management selection process
• Understanding Process Redesign
• Understanding Business Architecture and Technical Solution Architecture
• Project experience with AI (ML, NLP, DL) and RPA technologies

7+ years as a functional business analyst including the following: 7+ years of data mining, processes analysis and documentation experience (using industry standard tools) 5+ years of system architecture and enterprise solution understanding

• Advanced knowledge and working experience of system architecture, design and development.
• Proven ability to be a contributing member on large projects
• Proficient in analyzing complex systems (applications, data structures) and their associated relationships
• Able to capture requirements and define business processes.
• Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Previous experience working with ERP, CRM, UI applications and AI, ML, NLP and RPA technologies
• Previous experience in understanding business processes and process analysis.
• Previous experience with process mapping/mining tools.
• Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM), Retail Pharmacy and/or Healthcare experience

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent required.
