Role Overview
The IT Specialist at Mint Cannabis provides front-line support for all corporate and retail locations. This role troubleshoots, resolves, and documents day-to-day technology issues including hardware, software, and network systems.
What You Will DoServe as the first point of contact for all IT support requests, troubleshoot and resolve IT tickets, set up and maintain POS systems, and support users with Google Workspace applications and account management.

Requirements- 1-3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or similar technical support roles
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking
- Experience supporting both Windows and Mac operating systems
- Familiarity with Google Workspace administration and support
- Working knowledge of POS systems, printers, and basic networking principles
- Previous experience using IT ticketing systems (LGPI preferred, but others acceptable)
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to support a wide range of users
- High degree of initiative, flexibility, and accountability
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be at least 25 years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card (or equivalent license) in all applicable states
Pay Range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually
