Senior Technical Consultant - Paradox

As a leading AI platform for managing people, money, and agents, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Technical Consultant to serve as the primary liaison for technical inquiries, both internally and with our esteemed clients. You will present our technology, devise solutions for client obstacles, and address their queries and requirements with assurance and efficiency.

• Act as the professional source for integration through project implementation, including pre‑sales, sales, and post‑sale for new and existing clients.
• Work with clients and partners to solve technical challenges regarding their unique environments and requirements.
• Lead improvements and enable our sales and engineering processes via tools, processes, and other initiatives.
• Create documentation, whitepapers, and other supporting materials for internal and client usage.
• Support client technical inquiries and ensure efficient resolution of their queries.

• 4+ years Workday technical integrations experience.
• Experience with configuration tools and ability to fulfill technical tasks.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret client business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
• Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.

• Certified or ability to certify in Workday Integrations.
• Industry/product knowledge of HR Tech industry.
• Team player with self‑management skills, strong decision‑making, and ability to execute projects from scratch and collaborate with cross‑company stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to handle day‑to‑day work challenges confidently; adjust to shifting priorities; identify and solve technical and operational issues during implementation.

• Annualized base salary ranges: $117,000 USD – $175,400 USD (Primary

• Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role‑specific commission/bonus, and annual refresh stock grants.
• Flexible work: spend at least 50% of time each quarter in the office or field.
