• Leading and participating in the full lifecycle of Service Now and Nuvolo implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support
• Assessing client business and technology needs through stakeholder interviews, current-state analysis, and problem diagnosis; developing recommendations and supporting implementation of proposed solutions
• Architecting and configuring Service Now and Nuvolo solutions, including data mapping, data migration, workflow design, and integration with enterprise systems
• Translating business requirements into technical solutions by coordinating across client stakeholders, functional teams, and developers to support accurate and timely delivery
• Coaching junior practitioners and supporting multiple work streams by prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, and adapting to changing client needs

Our Infrastructure and Real Estate team are trusted advisors to clients in managing physical assets throughout their lifecycle. We help them unlock value from their real estate portfolios and functions by developing strategies, optimizing operating models and organizational design, and leveraging technology enablement.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• 5+ years of consulting experience in a professional services environment with a large or boutique consulting firm, or as an internal consultant within industry, including 5+ years of hands‑on Service Now or Nuvolo implementation experience
• Experience leading 5+ full lifecycle Service Now or Nuvolo implementations
• Experience architecting, configuring, or customizing Service Now- or Nuvolo-based solutions, including data mapping, data migration, legacy transformation, and integration with enterprise systems
• Experience enhancing or customizing Service Now-based applications using JavaScript, AngularJS, ReactJS, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML), and application programming interfaces (APIs)
• Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification and experience with Workplace Service Delivery (WSD), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Field Service Management (FSM), or Clinical Device Management (CDM) modules
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
