Key Responsibilities

• Deploy monthly Microsoft Windows 10/11 security and quality updates using Ivanti (LANDesk).
• Package, schedule, and deploy Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge browser updates.
• Monitor patch deployment progress and remediate failed installations.
• Perform pre-deployment testing and post-deployment validation to ensure patch success and system stability.
• Generate compliance and patch status reports for management and security teams.
• Troubleshoot patching issues and coordinate with endpoint, security, and infrastructure teams as needed.
• Maintain patching schedules, documentation, and operational procedures.
• Ensure endpoint patch compliance meets organizational security standards and audit requirements.
• Support vulnerability remediation efforts by deploying critical and emergency patches when required.

Basic Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience with Ivanti LANDesk Endpoint Management.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of endpoint security, vulnerability management, and patch management processes.
• Experience with browser patching Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
• Strong troubleshooting, reporting, and communication skills.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
