Job Title
5+ years of strong experience in App Dynamics administration, agent installation, configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
3-5+ years of good working experience with App Dynamics Synthetics monitoring.
Working knowledge of general observability practices and concepts.
Knowledge on GCP services, SLO, SLI, and Error budget.
Working experience in configuring Business transaction rules, Service End points, Information points and Remote services.
Hands on experience in configuring App Dynamics database and machine agent extensions.
Experience in languages Python, Shell or any other.
Experience with Git Ops and automation tools like Jenkins, Harness, or equivalent.
Experience with any of the tools like quantum metrics, mPulse, New Relic is a plus.
Experience with one or more of Prometheus, Grafana, Alert Manager is an advantage.
