Responsibilities
  • Lead, coordinate, and manage installations to ensure efficiency and speed, delivering an excellent customer experience.
  • Ensure 3rd party installers (cable running/connections) and Interview Room customers are up-to-speed on installation status through daily report-outs and stand-up meetings.
  • Deploy hardware and software solutions in a dynamic environment with minimal assistance.
  • Develop accurate installation diagrams and thorough documentation for the implemented solution.
  • Engage with key technology decision-makers after the sale, such as Chiefs of Police, Command staff, Sheriffs, Directors of IT, and program managers.
  • Conduct training sessions for both technical and non-technical staff to ensure proficiency in using and providing basic support for the Axon Interview solution.
Qualifications
  • Experience at/with law enforcement agencies highly valued.
  • Technical acumen with installation of networks, cameras, microphones, and touch panels; ability to quickly become proficient.
  • Proven cross-functional team leadership, supporting customers and 3rd parties to achieve objectives.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team or independently.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities; proactive in addressing issues.
  • Ability or willingness to travel domestically up to 80% (on the road 80% Mon-Fri); reside within a reasonable proximity to a major airport.
  • Basic understanding of IP cameras, network audio/video, PoE, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, and low voltage data cabling.
