Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Hires, evaluates, and supervises crew
• Oversees the network team, providing network services
• Manages resolution of complex issues elevated from Support Center
• Oversees implementation and maintenance of policies and procedures
• Participates in development of short and long term department goals
• Manages testing, evaluation, and selection of vendor products
• Ensures compliance with Information Technology and Information Security policies
• Manages enterprise and data center network security strategies using Zscaler products
• Partners with security operations teams to ensure architectures support operational visibility
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned

• Minimum of ten years related work experience
• Network experience preferred
• Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent training and experience
• Graduate degree preferred
• Strong working knowledge of network and cloud security architecture principles
• Management experience with Zscaler platforms, including ZIA and ZPA
• Strong understanding of integrating firewall and Zscaler architectures with identity providers
