Technical Analyst – Salesforce Revenue Cloud CPQ
The Technical Analyst (Salesforce Revenue Cloud CPQ) is responsible for developing and implementing functionality and enhancements within the Sales and Service Cloud business processes. The role involves collaborating with IT and functional teams to understand business requirements, documenting technical design deliverables, and ensuring the development team implements the correct solutions.
Responsibilities- Configure automation processes, develop and configure products
- Document requests for enhancements and defects
- Conduct QA testing
- Provide effort estimates
- Maintain process documentation
- Act as a point of escalation for issue resolution
- Collaborate with IT and functional teams to understand business requirements
- Document technical design deliverables and ensure correct implementations by the development team
- Strong expertise in Salesforce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agile/Scrum framework
- Excellent problem‑solving skills
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, and MS Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience
- Salesforce certifications
- Knowledge of Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning Components (preferred)
