Sales Operation Analyst
Scottsdale, AZ

The Sales Operations Analyst plays a critical role in aligning and optimizing Lodge Link's sales, marketing, and customer success processes to drive efficiency and revenue growth. This position ensures the seamless integration of data, tools, and workflows across departments, enabling informed decision‑making. By managing revenue operations initiatives, maintaining accurate performance metrics, and enhancing system efficiencies, the Sales Operations Analyst empowers teams to meet and exceed revenue targets while delivering exceptional value to our customers.

The ideal candidate is a detail‑oriented, systems‑minded analyst with 1–3 years of experience. You have hands‑on experience administering Salesforce, enjoy working with data, and possess intermediate to advanced Excel skills to transform complex information into clear, actionable insights. You enjoy solving problems, collaborating across teams, and continuously learning new systems while helping optimize tools, workflows, and reporting to support Lodge Link's growth.

Responsibilities
  • Support & Troubleshooting:
    Serve as the go‑to resource for resolving operational issues and providing exceptional customer support to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Executive leadership
  • Data Management & Analytics:
    Manage/consolidate large data sets with immaculate data integrity across systems; transform complex data into compelling visual stories to enable robust strategic decisions
  • Tool Optimization:
    Configure, enhance, and manage the daily operations of Lodge Link’s sales tech stack, including Outreach, Salesforce, Zoom Info, and Regie.ai, ensuring optimal performance
  • Process Improvement:
    Identify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance internal processes for greater efficiency
  • Project Management:
    Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they stay on track, meet deadlines, and deliver results
  • Reporting & Dashboards:
    Create and maintain dashboards to monitor performance metrics, track KPIs, and uncover growth opportunities
  • Cross‑Functional

    Collaboration:

    Act as a critical link between Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams, fostering alignment and effective communication
Qualifications
  • Relevant

    Experience:

    1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Business Analytics, MIS, or a related analytical role, preferably in a technology or B2B SaaS environment.
  • Salesforce Administration (Required):
    Hands‑on experience administering Salesforce, including pulling and analyzing data, creating reports and dashboards, supporting user administration, maintaining data integrity, configuring fields, objects, page layouts, validation rules, and supporting day‑to‑day system administration and troubleshooting.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel (Required):
    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with demonstrated experience working with large datasets using formulas, pivot tables, XLOOKUP/INDEX‑MATCH, data validation, and reporting to generate meaningful business insights and support decision‑making.
  • Additional Systems Experience (Asset, not required):
    Experience with BI tools (Power BI or Tableau) and sales technologies such as Outreach, Zoom Info, Salesloft, Gong, Regie.ai, or similar platforms is considered an asset. A strong curiosity to learn and optimize new systems is highly valued.
  • Academic Achievement:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, MIS or Operations.
