Digital Marketing Specialist (PHX

The Digital Marketing Specialist will create digital marketing assets for listings and closings. The Digital Marketing Specialist will use their digital marketing skills, including proficiency in building emails through Hubspot, and commercial real estate knowledge to create effective email marketing materials. They will oversee the end-to-end process of the digital marketing of our listings – creating emails, building segmentation, building websites and landing pages, and reviewing content.

They will partner and collaborate directly with our marketing associates to support the client’s digital marketing plan and ensure their vision is executed. This individual will be able to execute multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously, thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and accommodate to the demands of our clients. This role will allow for ongoing creativity with other departments to provide the best marketing services for our clients.

In-office position in Scottsdale, AZ.

• Create strong digital marketing materials
• Post accurate and engaging listing websites
• Work on unique email requests as needed
• Assist with daily email scheduling
• Identify opportunities to create greater operational efficiency through innovation and process optimization
• Troubleshoot synchronization and workflow errors

Minimum Requirements:

• 1+ years of email marketing experience
• CRE experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment with rapidly changing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
• Ability to provide excellent customer service skills to our internal clients
• Proficiency in Hub Spot preferred
