Requirements
  • Three or more years of experience in IT helpdesk, desktop support, or a related enterprise technical support environment.
  • Experience supporting Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra , Microsoft Intune, and endpoint management solutions.
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and wireless networking.
  • Experience supporting hardware, mobile devices, peripherals, enterprise applications, user account administration, and ticketing systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, organization, customer service, and technical documentation skills.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
    Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.

    Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to corporate offices and community locations as needed.
  • Experience with Windows Autopilot, Apple Business Manager, Power Shell, Microsoft Graph, single sign-on (SSO), SaaS integrations, or enterprise identity management is preferred.
  • Microsoft, Azure, CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or similar industry certifications is preferred.
  • Experience supporting multi-site organizations, mentoring junior IT professionals, and familiarity with ITIL, incident management, and change management best practices is preferred.
In This Role You Will
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for advanced technical issues involving hardware, software, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, networking, and business applications.
  • Administer Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra , Microsoft Intune, and related technologies, including user provisioning, access management, licensing, authentication, and account lifecycle support.
  • Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows devices, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and endpoint technologies while ensuring compliance with company security standards.
  • Provide advanced support for enterprise applications and property technologies by collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Lead or support technology deployments, office and community implementations, equipment refreshes, system upgrades, and other IT initiatives.
  • Partner with Systems Engineering to escal complex issues, implement new technologies, and continuously improve IT service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures to support operational excellence.
  • Mentor and coach IT Helpdesk Specialist I team members by providing technical guidance, improving escalation quality, and sharing best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through process standardization, automation, documentation, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
  • Support cybersecurity efforts by maintaining identity management, endpoint protection, access controls, patch management, and compliance with company security standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while building strong relationships with employees, vendors, and community teams.
