As a Senior Net Suite Developer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and optimizing our Net Suite ERP platform. You will ensure that Net Suite supports Consumer Cellular's evolving business needs, including finance, inventory, and customer relationship management. You will drive system improvements and collaborate with various teams at Consumer Cellular to deliver solutions that enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.

You will need to reside within 50 miles of our Corporate Headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ as this role has the option of hybrid or onsite.

• Net Suite Administration:
  Oversee the configuration, management, and maintenance of the Net Suite ERP system, ensuring it supports business operations effectively and securely.
• System Optimization & Customization:
  Lead efforts to optimize and customize Net Suite for business requirements, using Suite Script, Suite Flow, and other development tools to enhance functionality and streamline processes.
• Code Management:
  Manage the implementation of new code for modules, system upgrades, and integrations with third-party systems, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• User Support & Training:
  Provide expert-level support to internal users, resolve technical issues, and conduct training sessions to ensure effective system adoption across departments.
• Collaboration & Strategy:
  Partner with key business units (Finance, Operations, Customer Support) to understand their requirements, translating those needs into Net Suite solutions that support business goals.
• Reporting & Analytics:
  Design and deliver custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights that inform strategic business decisions.

Experience with the latest Net Suite features and functionalities (Net Suite 2020+ versions).

Bachelor's d egree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and best practices for security and governance.

Experience in Agile project management methodologies.

Experience with using Celigo Integrator.io for Integrations or similar ETL tool.

• 7+ years of experience in Oracle Net Suite administration, with at least 2 years in a lead Developer or Senior Developer role.
• Strong expertise in Net Suite ERP modules, Suite Apps, Suite Script, Suite Flow, and Suite Talk.
• Proven track record of leading and managing Net Suite integrations and customizations.
• 2-3 Full lifecycle implementations.
• Experience working with finance, inventory management, order management, and CRM modules within Net Suite.
• Advanced proficiency in Net Suite development and customizations.
• Expertise in Suite Script, Suite Flow, and Suite Cloud Development Framework (SDF).
• Experience with third-party system integrations, APIs, and business process automation.
• Certifications:
  
  Net Suite Administrator or Developer Certification is highly preferred.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business leaders.
