Overnight Weekend ​/ Weekday Helpdesk Analyst

Location: Scottsdale, AZ Salary: $20.00 USD Hourly - $23.00 USD Hourly Description: Our large,
FINTECH client is currently seeking an Overnight Weekend / Weekday Help Desk Analyst. Heavy focus on customer service skills.

4pm - 4am Friday into Saturday

4pm - 4am Saturday into Sunday

Monday and Tuesday 730am - 430pm in office

Responsibilities:

• • Help Desk Analyst provides support to end users for computer, application, system, device, access and hardware issues.
  • Identifies, researches and resolves the most complex technical problems.
  • Help Desk Analyst responds to telephone, email and on line requests for technical support.
  • Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem using applicable systems and tools.
  • Help Desk Analyst coordinates with other teams or specialists to resolve an issue.
