Principal Analyst – Business Systems Analyst, Digital Banking

• Lead reviews of current processes and metrics supporting operational effectiveness
• Identify constraints and opportunities affecting business and technology strategy
• Develop options and approaches to improve business outcomes and drive solution implementation
• Develop and review artifacts describing current-state processes, practices, and metrics
• Determine root causes of process constraints
• Identify alternative process and practice options and assess impacts on KRIs, KPIs, and operational metrics
• Track and communicate process and practice enhancements using data and quantitative measures
• Engage enterprise subject matter experts and stakeholders to address complex cross-business-unit issues and opportunities
• Capture current-state insights and provide options and recommendations
• Identify, socialize, and obtain approvals for KRIs, KPIs, and operational metrics
• Act as SME for digital banking systems, guiding solution design, configuration, and process improvements
• Translate business needs into system requirements, user stories with acceptance criteria, and technical documentation
• Maintain documentation for digital banking applications
• Analyze data structures and attributes to develop data mapping strategies for system migrations
• Implement application configuration changes in accordance with SDLC and Change Management protocols
• Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and implementation partners to resolve issues and deliver integrated solutions
• Monitor digital banking platform indicators including app ratings, transaction volume, feature adoption, and account closures
• Perform root cause analysis to proactively resolve platform issues
• Use Azure Dev Ops and Confluence for workstream management and stakeholder communication
• Maintain data integrity, security, and privacy standards
• Improve solution delivery practices and tools within the digital banking team

• 8+ years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree in related field required
• Previous leadership experience preferred
• Advanced knowledge of general Financial Services or Banking preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing and migrating third-party digital banking solutions, including integration of external platforms and overseeing end-to-end deployment
• Advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
• Advanced to expert process and data analysis within one or two domains or functional areas
• Ability to translate complex business needs into comprehensive system requirements and articulate application configurations meeting operational and regulatory standards
• Experience with problem and incident management processes, including leading Root Cause Analysis and resolving high-impact issues
• Strong knowledge of data integrity, security, and privacy best practices across digital banking platforms
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies
• Thorough knowledge of WCAG principles and their application to accessible, inclusive digital banking user interfaces
• Experience working as a SME across one or two domains or functional areas
• Advanced speaking and writing communication skills
• Occasional travel required
