We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join our Telephony application development team. This role requires strong, hands‑on Salesforce administration experience and the ability to translate business needs into scalable, well‑governed platform solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Salesforce configuration, user and security management, automation, data management, reporting, and stakeholder partnership. Salesforce development experience including Apex, LWC, integrations, and deployment practices is a plus.

This opportunity is an onsite role locate d in Scottsdale, AZ.

Responsibilities
  • Administer and configure the Salesforce platform, including users, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, data access controls, and platform-wide settings.
  • Manage Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, Lightning pages, apps, and other declarative configuration to support business processes.
  • Design, build, test, and maintain process automations using Salesforce Flow, approval processes, validation rules, and sandbox environments.
  • Write or support Apex logic, triggers, controllers, APIs, and integrations that connect Salesforce with external systems and data flows.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and leadership to gather requirements, translate business goals into technical solutions, and promote effective platform adoption.
  • Identify process gaps, troubleshoot platform issues, and recommend scalable, maintainable solutions that improve business efficiency.
  • Manage data imports, exports, deduplication, cleanup activities, and ongoing data hygiene practices.
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics that help stakeholders monitor performance, trends, and key business metrics.
  • Support release readiness by testing changes, documenting updates, and helping ensure safe deployments into production.
  • Analyze performance data and trends to identify opportunities for platform and process improvement.
  • Develop strategies that support business goals, expected outcomes, and continuous Salesforce platform growth.
  • Introduce AI-driven features and automation opportunities, where appropriate, to increase productivity, and deliver improvements to the agent and customer experience across our business.
Requirements
  • Required:

    7+ years of dedicated Salesforce experience, with strong hands‑on Salesforce administration expertise.
  • Required:

    Salesforce Certified Administrator.
  • Required:

    Ability to work on‑site and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams.
  • Proven experience managing Salesforce environment, users, security, permissions, configuration, automation, data quality, reports, and dashboards.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, platform governance, and scalable configuration design.
  • Experiencing Salesforce development experience, including Apex, triggers, controllers, APIs, integrations, and deployment practices.
  • Ability to break down business goals into clear Salesforce solutions and technical setup requirements.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical objectives clearly to business teams and leadership.
  • Ability to manage timelines, prioritize work, support user adoption, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Demonstrated habit of keeping up to date with new technologies, product releases, and industry best practices.
  • Preferred:
    Working knowledge of Mule Soft integrations.
