- Collaborate with business units to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and work with developers to implement scalable solutions
- Serve as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables
- Perform gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement using Salesforce tools and capabilities
- Support configuration and testing of Salesforce features such as objects, workflows, validation rules, and reports
- Assist in managing Salesforce projects and enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with business needs
- Develop and maintain detailed process flows, data maps, and documentation
- Conduct user training sessions and support change management efforts
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and recommend best practices
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or IT Analyst
- At least 2 years working with Salesforce
- Proven experience in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce modules
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment
- Working experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM / SAFe)
- Experience with JIRA or Azure Dev Ops
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) or Business Analyst certification preferred
- Experience with data migration, integration tools, or Salesforce APIs preferred
- Knowledge of reporting and dashboard tools within Salesforce preferred
Demonstrates expertise in gathering and documenting business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and implementing solutions within the Salesforce platform. Proficient in managing Salesforce projects, conducting user training, and ensuring alignment between IT and business stakeholders.
