Business Systems Administrator

Corsica Technologies is seeking a highly motivated Business Systems Administrator to join its AI Innovation & Automation team. This role is responsible for administering, supporting, and continuously improving key business and operational technology platforms that support both internal operations and client service delivery. The Business Systems Administrator will serve as a trusted technical resource for internal stakeholders and clients, helping administer critical business platforms, support operational processes, and ensure users can effectively leverage technology to perform their work efficiently and effectively.

This position supports a variety of business-critical platforms, including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Entra , Dynamics 365, Datto RMM, IT Glue, and Autotask. The role will contribute to client onboarding activities, user administration, documentation management, process standardization, and operational improvement initiatives while collaborating across multiple teams to enhance service quality and scalability.

The Business Systems Administrator will partner closely with automation and engineering resources to support process improvements, automation initiatives, and emerging AI solutions that drive greater operational efficiency and business value.

Systems Administration & Support

• Administer, maintain, and support business-critical systems and platforms including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Entra , Dynamics 365, Datto RMM, IT Glue, and Autotask.
• Manage user provisioning, access requests, licensing, permissions, and platform configuration changes.
• Serve as a technical resource for system users by assisting with platform-related questions, access requests, configuration needs, and technology issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform, application, and user administration issues that impact business operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to maintain platform performance and resolve operational issues.
• Support platform governance, standards, documentation, and operational best practices.

Client Onboarding & Deployment Support

• Coordinate and execute client onboarding activities within supported systems and platforms.
• Configure client environments according to established standards and documented procedures.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support successful client onboarding and deployment activities.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of onboarding standards, documentation, and operational procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve onboarding efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
• Partner with automation team members to support the implementation of process improvements and automated onboarding workflows.

Documentation & Process Improvement

• Create and maintain accurate documentation for systems, configurations, onboarding procedures, and operational processes.
• Assist in managing and improving documentation repositories and knowledge management practices.
• Contribute to the development of operational standards, procedures, and system administration best practices.
• Evaluate existing workflows and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency, consistency, and user experience.
• Ensure documentation remains current, organized, and aligned with business requirements.
• Work with members of the AI Innovation & Automation team to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
