Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time on‑site role for a Commercial Insurance Broker located in Scottsdale, AZ. The Commercial Insurance Broker will manage client accounts, work closely with insurance providers to secure and negotiate coverage, develop tailored insurance solutions, and ensure superior client service. Key responsibilities include fostering client relationships, advising on insurance policies, assisting with underwriting processes, and coordinating with insurers to achieve optimal results for clients.
This role also requires proactively addressing client needs and offering strategic recommendations to safeguard their assets.
- Proficiency in Insurance Brokerage, Insurance, and Underwriting
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Account Management
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities to build and maintain client relationships
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills to evaluate risk and recommend effective solutions
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment with strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Experience with commercial insurance products is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Relevant certifications, such as CPCU, CIC, or ARM, are a plus
