Farmers Insurance is expanding our Commercial Insurance Sales team in the Scottsdale / Greater Phoenix area and we’re looking for motivated professionals who want to grow a six-figure book of business while working with an established network of Farmers agency owners.

This opportunity provides referrals from existing agents, underwriting support, and uncapped commission potential

• Ability to focus on commercial sales and relationship building
• Concierge underwriting support to help quote and close business

• Sales, business development, or client relationship experience
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Self-motivated and goal driven
• Entrepreneurial mindset

• Property & Casualty license (assistance provided)
• Must pass background check
• Completion of Farmers training program
