The Benefits Insurance Specialist provides quotes to prospective customers, discusses options, and consults with customers to meet their insurance needs. This role is responsible for building relationships and producing insurance sales.
This role begins as an Account Manager with a blended focus on client service and new business development, with the goal of transitioning into a full Producer position upon achieving defined sales milestones

- Follow up with prospects – WE PROVIDE LEADS!
- Quote and sell policies
- Protect the best interests of both our clients and insurance company partners
- Follow up and see tasks through to completion
- Appropriately document contact opportunities
- Act with professionalism, understanding the importance of both a sales and a services mindset
- Licensed – Active Property & Casualty License required. Insurance experience necessary.
- Insurance Experience – Prior personal insurance experience required.
- Multi‑tasking – Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Communication – The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all.
- Organization – Ability to plan and operate in a well‑organized manner.
- Team Oriented – Ability to work as a part of a team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace.
- Licensing required.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
