You will lead an underwriting group, drive profitability, and partner with senior management to set policy, pricing and strategy for a book of business in Surety. Reporting to AVP or above, you will coach staff, develop underwriting talent, manage relationships with agencies, and ensure execution of operating plans that meet strategic objectives while staying current with industry trends
