A bit about usWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Permanent Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of estate and trust litigation matters. Our ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a strong background in legal research, pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal writing. This role requires a high degree of proficiency in MS Word and general office skills.
The candidate must be licensed to practice in the state of Arizona and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in probate litigation.

- Manage all aspects of estate and trust litigation cases from inception through conclusion.
- Conduct thorough and accurate legal research.
- Draft, review, and revise pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
- Coordinate and manage all phases of discovery, including depositions, document productions, and requests for admissions.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and team members.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, legal principles, and court procedures relevant to estate and trust litigation.
- Use MS Word and other office software to prepare, format, and edit legal documents and correspondence.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a high level of client service and satisfaction.
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Arizona.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in estate and trust litigation.
- Proficiency in legal research, legal writing, and the preparation of pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
- Strong experience in all phases of discovery.
- Proficiency in MS Word and general office skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest level of professional ethics and integrity.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
