Civil Litigation Associate Attorney – Hybrid (Scottsdale)

Scottsdale, AZ (Hybrid – 3–4 days in office preferred)

Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 + Aggressive Bonus Structure

You won’t be stuck doing research all day here. You’ll run your own cases, work directly with clients, and get real courtroom experience early on. If you’re looking to actually practice law—not just support it—this role gives you that opportunity.

You’ll have autonomy, strong support, and the ability to grow quickly without getting buried in bureaucracy.

This role is ideal for an attorney who wants real litigation experience early and is ready to take ownership of their cases.

• Manageable billable expectations with strong administrative and litigation support
• Hybrid flexibility (3–4 days in office, no micromanaging)
• Direct client interaction and courtroom exposure

• Represent clients in Arizona Superior Court and Federal Court
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal filings
• Take and defend depositions
• Argue motions and appear in court
• Advise clients on litigation strategy and case progression
• Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes efficiently
  
  Manage cases from intake through resolution
• Collaborate with attorneys, staff, and clients to drive outcomes

• 1–4 years of civil litigation experience
• Strong familiarity with Arizona and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
• Experience or exposure to depositions, motion practice, and court appearances
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
• Confidence working directly with clients
• A strong desire to grow into an effective, well-rounded litigator

• Appellate experience or familiarity with the appellate process
• Experience in contract disputes, business litigation, or administrative law
