10X Health is seeking a hands‑on, strategic Supply Chain Director to own and evolve our vendor ecosystem across supplements, pharmaceuticals, and lab partners. This role is critical to ensuring speed, reliability, and scalability in our supply chain, directly impacting customer satisfaction and business growth.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in vendor management, RFP creation, inventory forecasting, and contingency planning, while also being willing to “roll up their sleeves” to troubleshoot daily issues. This position partners closely with Operations, Customer Experience, Marketing, Clinical, and Finance, ensuring alignment, visibility, and proactive solutions to supply chain challenges.

• Oversee and manage all key vendor relationships (domestic and international) across labs, supplements, and pharmaceuticals.
• Establish and lead a best‑in‑class RFP and vendor selection process.
• Negotiate vendor terms and maintain backup vendors for contingency planning.
• Drive demand forecasting, inventory management, logistics, and order fulfillment using systems such as Quick Books (and future Net Suite integration).
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure supply chain readiness for marketing campaigns and clinical operations.
• Implement reporting frameworks to monitor vendor SLA adherence and KPIs.
• Support training and adoption of new supply chain software systems.
• Build a supply chain foundation that enables scalability and future VP‑level leadership potential.

• Executive presence with proven ability to influence across clinical and non‑clinical stakeholders.
• Analytical and financially savvy, with the ability to forecast and communicate effectively.
• Inclusive and servant‑based leadership style; direct communicator who surfaces issues quickly.
• Balance of executor and mentor, capable of both resolving immediate issues and developing junior staff.

• 5–7+ years of supply chain management experience, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or wellness.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Track record of vendor negotiation, global supply chain management, and forecasting.
• Experience with Quick Books and/or Net Suite preferred.

• Prolonged periods of time sitting at a desk or computer
• Travel up to 15% of the time
