Job Summary
We are seeking a Procurement Specialist – Engineering & Service Agreements for a long-term contract supporting operations at a power plant in Tonopah, AZ
.
In this role, you will focus on service contracts and engineering project support
. You will partner with project managers and engineering teams to draft, negotiate, and execute Statements of Work (SOWs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and specialized service contracts. You will manage vendor relationships, negotiate commercial Terms & Conditions (T&Cs), and ensure high-quality service delivery while maintaining compliance with plant policies and budget targets.
- Work Schedule: Hybrid (2 days remote, 2 days onsite)

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute service contracts, contractor agreements, and engineering project purchasing.
- Draft, review, and evaluate RFPs, SOWs, and MSAs in collaboration with engineering and project management stakeholders.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) with specialized service providers and technical consultants.
- Resolve contract delivery or execution issues to maintain continuous, cost-effective plant operations.
- Utilize supply chain management tools and systems (including MLIS or equivalent ERP systems) to manage contracts and track vendor performance.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of direct experience in service procurement, contract administration, or supply chain support for engineering/capital projects.
- Experience negotiating contract terms & conditions, managing vendor relationships, and drafting complex service agreements.
- Background in power generation, utilities, nuclear, EPC, or heavy industrial environments strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of supply chain management concepts, procurement tools, and systems (e.g., MLIS, SAP, Maximo, or similar ERPs).
- Must be able to pass a background check (Criminal, MVD, Education, Employment Verification) and a drug test.
