Terravita Country Club is excited to announce a full-time opportunity to join our Building Maintenance Staff. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to this Troon managed Club and its members.
Key Responsibilities- Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation including but not limited to: minor electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds.
- General water treatment plant operations (will train for this area).
- Maintains cleanliness and appearance of exterior of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trashcans, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture.
- Maintains cleanliness and appearance of interior of the facility including but not limited to: cleaning windows, stocking supplies, monitoring cleanliness of entire building, painting, drywall repairs.
- General pool maintenance including power washing pool deck, emptying trash, maintaining restroom cleanliness.
- Identifies and reports needed supplies to supervisor.
- Performs other duties as required.
Associate's degree or two years of related experience associated with Building maintenance.
Water Treatment experience desired but willing to train the right candidate.
Other QualificationsRegular and reliable attendance.
Pay: $20/hr
Part-time, 12pm - 8:30 pm, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesdays. Responsibilities include general upkeep of facilities, painting, preventive maintenance, maintaining pool chemistry, covering the pool, emptying trash, setting up events. Experience in facilities maintenance is required.
