Project Manager, Operations Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

The Project Manager at Cyber is responsible for efficiently planning and flawlessly executing complex, multi- disciplinary projects through all phases — ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and at the highest level of client satisfaction

This role requires equal parts strategic foresight and operational execution. You’ll coordinate people, processes, and technology to deliver exceptional results while fostering team development and maintaining strong client relationships.

• Low Voltage Experience NOT required. Training will be provided and we have many internal subject matter experts for support.
• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in construction, contracting, or a service-based industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects from planning through closeout.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with high standards for accuracy and accountability.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret technical documentation: manuals, specifications, schedules, codes, diagrams, schematics, and plans.
• Strong computer proficiency, including ERP systems, project management software, spreadsheets, and other standard business tools.
• High degree of professionalism and confidentiality in handling client and company information.

• PMP Certification.
• Experience in custom residential construction.
• Prior experience with residential low voltage & electrical systems:
  Audio/Video, Control Systems, Shading, Lighting Control, Security, Surveillance, Access Control, Networking, Electrical, etc.
• Degree in Construction Management or related field.

• Full Time, M-F, W-2, Salary
• Starting at $80,000 DOE, plus the opportunity for incentive bonuses ~10%
