We are seeking a high-achieving individual who loves people, leads with empathy, and brings energy, ownership, and heart to everything they do to take on the role of General Manager at our BRAND NEW STUDIO at Alloy Personal Training in Paradise Valley, Arizona.

Premium Compensation up to $102,000 per year: $55,000 base salary with monthly bonuses tied to revenue growth.

As the General Manager, you will spend roughly 10-15 hours a week conducting small group personal training sessions (4-6 people). The rest of your time will be focused on growing the membership by following up on leads, community networking and engagement, retention, client satisfaction and support, and staff training. You will have direct incentives that compensate you based on studio performance.

Hours are somewhat flexible based on business needs and the team.

• Critical sales role and retention to get studio to 140 members (full capacity) via sales calls, appointments.
• Vital role in creating an Alloy community where we are “Stronger Together”
• Deliver premium client engagement:
  In-Body assessments, goal setting, relationship-based client model to build an Alloy community of support and accountability
• Oversee that the studio is scheduling staff according to operational requirements and in compliance with payroll budgets
