2nd Swing is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Scottsdale team. Great Managers excel at managing their people, working with customers, and executing the processes efficiently. • Minimum of 5 years of management experience, preferably in a golf retail environment
• Demonstrated customer‑centric superior customer service and people skills.
• Operations and merchandising: your ability to plan, organize, manage, and delegate these daily activities will be an integral part of your success in this role.
• Excellent communication skills with the proven ability to build rapport with a variety of customers and fellow employees.
• Ability to delegate priorities to the team
• Ability to work smart by setting goals, establishing priorities, and planning well, in order to produce quality work.
• Above average knowledge of current issue golf equipment
• Ability to multi‑task and wear many hats while leading a team of passionate golfers.

This candidate will be a great team leader who excels at coaching and encouraging all team members. The right individual will have a high-energy level, upbeat personality, and a drive to continuously learn and develop oneself. You will be expected to work 40-44 hours a week in a varied schedule, working daytime, as well as evenings and weekends.

Starting pay range is $58,000 - $78,000 based on previous experience.
