DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

  • You care deeply about people. You notice when someone is off, you remember names and stories, and you follow up because it matters to you.
  • Fitness isn’t something you do — it’s who you are. You believe in strength, health, and longevity because you live it every day.
  • You’re relationship-driven at your core. You don’t “manage members,” you build trust, connection, and community.
  • You are empathetic and emotionally intelligent, but you’re not afraid of accountability. You can hold space and hold standards.
  • You’re proactive by nature. You don’t wait to be told what to do. You see problems coming, you solve them, and you take ownership like it’s your own business.
  • You’re competitive with yourself. You're obsessed with winning. You love goals.
  • You’re a high achiever who thrives on growth, metrics, and momentum.
  • You’re a team player. You elevate coaches, protect the culture, and believe we’re always stronger together.
  • You’re comfortable having real conversations — sales conversations, feedback conversations, hard conversations — and you do it with confidence and care.
  • You bring steady, grounded energy into a room. People feel supported, motivated, and safe when you’re leading.
  • You want more than a paycheck — you want purpose, impact, and the opportunity to grow with something meaningful.

If you’re nodding along thinking, “This is already how I show up,” keep reading. We care deeply about alignment. This role is not for everyone.

  • You’re more focused on personal recognition than team success.
  • Fitness is just a job to you — not a lifestyle or passion.
  • You avoid feedback, conflict, or responsibility.
  • You want to work alone instead of building relationships.
  • You’re not motivated by goals, growth, or results.
  • You want predictable sameness instead of challenge and expansion.
  • You hate being held accountable.
  • You are messy or unorganized.
