Maintenance Technician

In this role, you'll work closely with our Maintenance Lead to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve a wide range of manufacturing and facility equipment. From Citizen Swiss CNC machines and injection molding equipment to custom automation systems, you'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology while helping drive efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement throughout our facility.

What You'll DoEquipment Maintenance & Reliability- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
- Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance inspections and servicing on all production equipment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain and rebuild injection molding machine motors, seals, and related components.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability and production efficiency.
- Set up, troubleshoot, and operate Citizen Swiss CNC machines.
- Perform tooling changeovers and machine startup procedures.
- Assist with equipment calibration, adjustments, and process optimization.
- Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements.
- Assemble, install, and maintain custom manufacturing equipment, including:
- Wire cutting and stripping machines
- Automatic label applicators
- Custom presses
- Specialized production equipment
- Build and modify workstations, benches, and production support fixtures.
- Assist with facility and production line expansions.
- Service and maintain critical facility systems, including:
- Air compressors
- Water filtration systems
- Basic plumbing systems
- Perform light electrical installations, repairs, and upgrades.
- Ensure equipment and facility systems meet safety and operational standards.
Required Qualifications
- Experience performing mechanical maintenance in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills involving mechanical systems and equipment.
- Experience performing preventive maintenance programs.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Citizen Swiss CNC machines or similar Swiss machining equipment.
- Injection molding machine maintenance experience.
- CNC setup and operation experience.
- Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
- Electrical troubleshooting or industrial maintenance experience.
- Experience assembling automated or custom manufacturing equipment.

This is a Permanent position based out of Scottsdale, AZ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $68640.00/yr.
