Position SummaryThe Packaging Associate is responsible for accurately weighing, labeling, and packaging cannabis products while maintaining strict compliance and quality standards. This role supports production efficiency and ensures products are ready for retail sale in a clean, organized, and high-output environment. Ideal candidates bring focus, precision, and a collaborative spirit to the team.
Responsibilities- Coordinate with management to meet packaging goals in a compliant and timely manner.
- Weigh, label, and package cannabis products accurately using standard and metric measurement systems.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace according to SOPs and safety guidelines.
- Re‑stock packaging and labeling supplies to keep workflow uninterrupted.
- Operate and perform routine maintenance on weighing and packaging equipment.
- Support quality assurance and compliance throughout the packaging process.
- Assist with special projects or cross‑functional tasks as needed.

Qualifications- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card in accordance with Arizona state regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic math skills and comfort working with both standard and metric systems.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain quality during repetitive tasks.
- Ability to follow procedures, meet deadlines, and work in a fast‑paced, production‑oriented environment.
- Familiarity with cannabis products and industry knowledge preferred.
- Strong team player with a positive, adaptable mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- No certifications required.
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
- Stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
- Manual dexterity and visual acuity required for packaging tasks and equipment use.
- Performed in a production facility with exposure to cannabis products and materials.
- Environment may include loud machinery, temperature changes, and dust or plant particles.
- PPE may be required depending on assigned tasks or safety protocols.
