Cut, strip, and prepare wires using both manual methods and automatic equipment and tools;
Perform precise soldering of small wires and components, including work under a microscope when required;
Apply overmolding by using epoxy and operating molding machines according to process documentation;
Install EMI shields on cables and assemblies to meet product specifications;
Scan and test products at multiple stages of the process to verify compliance with quality and performance standards
