Apparel Production Coordinator

• Coordinate apparel production timelines and schedules.
• Communicate with vendors and manufacturing partners.
• Track production status and resolve delays.
• Review samples for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain production documentation and reports.
• Support cross-functional teams from development to delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3+ years of apparel production or sourcing experience.
• Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and production tracking tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

• Experience working with overseas suppliers.
• Familiarity with PLM or ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
