The PR & Brand Partnerships Manager will lead earned media strategy and cultivate high-value brand collaborations that increase awareness, credibility, and revenue. This role requires strong storytelling skills, media relationships, negotiation experience, and a keen understanding of brand alignment.
Key Responsibilities Public Relations- Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies aligned with brand growth goals
- Build and maintain relationships with editors, journalists, stylists, producers, and influencers
- Draft press releases, media pitches, briefing materials, and executive talking points
- Secure press coverage across digital, print, podcast, and broadcast channels
- Oversee product seeding strategy and gifting initiatives
- Monitor media coverage, sentiment, and performance metrics
- Manage agency relationships
- Identify, pitch, and secure strategic brand collaborations aligned with company growth initiatives
- Develop co-branded campaigns, product collaborations, affiliate programs, and experiential partnerships
- Lead outreach and relationship management with brand marketing teams and decision-makers
- Negotiate partnership terms including deliverables, budgets, timelines, and cross-promotional assets
- Draft partnership briefs, proposals, and recaps
- Create integrated marketing plans to amplify partnerships across PR, social, email, and paid channels
- Manage contract execution and ensure deliverables are met by both parties
- Track KPIs including reach, engagement, revenue contribution, earned media value, and ROI
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective partners across relevant industries
- Identify white space opportunities for unexpected, culturally relevant collaborations
- Develop long-term strategic alliances vs. one-off campaigns
- Support planning and execution of large-scale influencer events, press previews, brand trips, and experiential activations
- Assist in influencer guest list strategy, tiering, and outreach
- Coordinate event logistics including travel, gifting, run-of-show, and on-site brand moments
- Manage influencer contracts and content deliverables tied to events
- Partner with creative and production teams to ensure visually impactful, shareable experiences
- Oversee real-time content capture and amplification strategy during events
- Track and report on post-event metrics including impressions, engagement, earned media, and sales impact
- Build long-term influencer relationships beyond one-time activations
- 2-4+ years of experience in PR, brand partnerships, or influencer marketing
- Proven track record securing media placements and executing partnerships
- Strong existing media and/or brand relationship network
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Negotiation and contract experience
- Highly organized with strong project management skills
- Experience using media monitoring and CRM tools preferred
- A strategic thinker who can also execute flawlessly
- A natural relationship builder and confident communicator
