The Marketing Project Coordinator supports the Marketing Department by keeping day-to-day marketing tasks and campaigns organized, moving, and delivered on time. This role plays a key part in coordinating assets, managing timelines, and supporting cross‑functional collaboration across multiple marketing disciplines.
You’ll work closely with managers, designers, content writers, and digital specialists to ensure marketing initiatives—across email, social media, content, video, print, and digital—are executed accurately, efficiently, and on brand.
What You’ll Do Project Coordination & Workflow Management- Coordinate marketing campaign timelines and ensure tasks are assigned and executed efficiently
- Collaborate with managers, designers, content writers, and digital specialists to keep projects on track
- Maintain project calendars and support clear communication across the Marketing team
- Schedule and lead check-in meetings to align teams on deadlines and deliverables
- Monitor progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet business objectives
- Gather and organize files, specs, and reference materials for marketing projects
- Ensure timely completion and delivery of assets across social media, email, print, and digital advertising
- Assign daily tasks to Designers, Social Media, Content, and Digital Specialists
- Coordinate monthly print collateral delivery, proofing, and final approvals with vendors
- Monitor and respond to patient comments, questions, and reviews on social platforms
- Partner with Clinical, Retail, and Operations teams to craft thoughtful, brand‑aligned public responses
- Conduct market and competitor research to support marketing initiatives
- Provide insights to help refine campaigns and optimize performance
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements
- Maintain an internal library of marketing assets, templates, and brand guidelines
- Document project timelines, outcomes, and key learnings to support future campaigns
- Experience coordinating projects, workflows, or campaigns (marketing experience strongly preferred)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- High attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency
- Comfort working with project management tools and shared calendars
