We are looking to add to our Product and Marketing organization with a Product Marketing Manager who has a proven track record of commercializing software products and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience taking software products to market, ideally within the enterprise SaaS segment, and understands what it takes to drive product adoption, accelerate pipeline, and increase revenue. Direct-to-consumer product marketing experience is also valued. This is not a brand marketing or content-only role—we need someone who has been directly responsible for commercializing products that sell.

The chosen candidate will join a collaborative team focused on helping you achieve your career goals while driving product-led growth across the Chart Request platform. As the Product Marketing Manager, you will own the go-to-market strategy for our products, develop compelling positioning and messaging, arm the sales team with the tools they need to win, and ensure that our product story resonates with buyers at every stage of the funnel.

This position reports to the SVP of Product and Marketing at Chart Request.

Responsibilities
  • Own go-to-market strategy and execution for new product launches, feature releases, and product updates. Define target segments, develop launch plans, and coordinate cross-functional marketing activities to drive adoption and revenue.
  • Develop clear, compelling product positioning and messaging that articulates unique value propositions, competitive advantages, and benefits to healthcare professionals, legal firms, and enterprise organizations.
  • Create and maintain sales enablement materials including product collateral, sales presentations, battle cards, competitive analysis documents, FAQs, and demo scripts. Train the sales team on product features, benefits, and positioning to ensure they are equipped to win deals.
  • Conduct market research to gain a deep understanding of the healthcare information technology landscape, including customer needs, buying behaviors, industry trends, and the competitive landscape. Analyze market segmentation and identify target customer personas to inform product marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape, including competitor products, pricing, messaging, and market positioning. Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to the product and executive teams to maintain our competitive edge.
