Colgate-Palmolive Skin Health Group is looking for a Retail Marketing Manager to help support the professional marketing and sales strategies to drive the EltaMD & PCA Skin brand growth within our professional sales channel. The role will partner closely with the sales team across all levels to understand needs and partner with different marketing groups to strategize and implement the plans in the market.

This position is based in our office in Scottsdale, AZ.

Work closely with the sales team to understand the needs of the professional customer, and to develop and communicate Quarterly Plans and new product launches within the Pro Channel.

Own the development of Corporate Customer longer-lead planning decks for all innovation launches, in collaboration with the Corporate Accounts team and Corporate Accounts Marketing Manager.

Lead collaboration with sales and brand teams to define ideal portfolio, lead merchandising / materials, and cultivate calendar of promotions and events to build flawless clinic by customer.

Collaborate with the Retail Marketing and Sales teams to ensure cohesive and flawless execution of the Pro campaigns including promotions, in-clinic events, product launches and seasonal events all channels.

Support the Training & Education team to ensure appropriate content and onboarding of new employees.

Support the development, rollout and adoption of the CP Skin Health 7

Ps for all Pro retail environments in collaboration with Marketing, Retail Marketing and Customer Development.

Own the implementation of the Professional Rewards Program and associated programs…
