Nurse America is seeking an experienced nursing leader currently serving as a Director of Nursing (DON), Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), or RN Manager for a distinguished senior living community focused on memory care. Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Strategy:
Lead the assessment and admission process, ensuring individualized service plans (ISPs) reflect the highest level of person-centered care.

Team Excellence:
Recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing nursing team; foster a culture of accountability and professional pride.

Interdisciplinary Leadership:
Collaborate with elite medical partners, pharmacies, and specialists to provide a seamless health experience for residents.

Quality Assurance:
Drive the community's Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives to maintain a "deficiency-free" standard.

Fiscal Oversight:
Manage the clinical budget, including staffing ratios, labor costs, and medical supply inventory.

Qualifications
Licensure:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Must be eligible for California endorsement).

Leadership: 3+ years of experience as a DON, ADON, or Resident Care Manager in Senior Living, Memory Care, or Skilled Nursing.

Expertise:
Deep knowledge of State/Federal regulations and a track record of successful surveys.

Communication:
Polished leadership presence with the ability to build rapport with affluent families and medical professionals.

Adaptability:
High emotional intelligence and the ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced Silicon Valley environment.
