• Performing intricate patient evaluations, recommending diagnostic procedures, and creating tailored care strategies
• Assessing and managing acute, episodic, or chronic health challenges either jointly with doctors or independently (based on credentials)
• Instructing patients and families on wellness practices, prevention strategies, and chronic disease management
• Prescribing medications and treatments as per professional scope
• Engaging in patient follow-ups and chronic disease management plans
• Collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated, well-rounded care
• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate electronic health records (EMR)

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner educational program

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in Arizona
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or equivalent certification
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to achieve within 90 days)
