Nurse America is seeking an experienced nursing leader currently serving as a Director of Nursing (DON), Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), or RN Manager for a distinguished senior living community focused on memory care. This is not a standard clinical role; it is a leadership position within a sophisticated, resident-centered environment that prioritizes boutique care and clinical innovation.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse who commands a room, inspires a team, and understands the nuances of providing concierge-level healthcare to a discerning clientele.

• Industry-Leading Base Salary: $165k $185k

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Strategy:
  Lead the assessment and admission process, ensuring individualized service plans (ISPs) reflect the highest level of person-centered care.

• Team Excellence:
  Recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing nursing team; foster a culture of accountability and professional pride.

• Interdisciplinary Leadership:
  Collaborate with elite medical partners, pharmacies, and specialists to provide a seamless health experience for residents.

• Quality Assurance:
  Drive the community's Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives to maintain a "deficiency-free" standard.

• Fiscal Oversight:
  Manage the clinical budget, including staffing ratios, labor costs, and medical supply inventory.

• Licensure:
  Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Must be eligible for California endorsement).

• Leadership: 3+ years of experience as a DON, ADON, or Resident Care Manager in Senior Living, Memory Care, or Skilled Nursing.

• Expertise:
  Deep knowledge of State/Federal regulations and a track record of successful surveys.

• Communication:
  Polished leadership presence with the ability to build rapport with affluent families and medical professionals.

• Adaptability:
  High emotional intelligence and the ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced Silicon Valley environment.
